Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a professional and compassionate manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications

Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic health records (EHR) software

Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Assist with client intake paperwork and documentation

Handle insurance verifications and support basic billing tasks

Maintain office supplies and organize administrative materials

Ensure the front office and waiting area are clean and presentable

Support clinicians with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Prior administrative or front desk experience (healthcare or mental health setting a plus)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and EHR systems (experience with SimplePractice or similar software is a plus)

Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion when working with clients

We are currently hiring a Mental Health Clinician who is licensed in the state of Idaho (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW) and has experience working in community-based settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving diverse populations and comfortable working with a wide range of diagnoses, including complex and co-occurring conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards

Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical supervision (if applicable)

Qualifications:

Active licensure in the state of Idaho as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW (supervised clinicians welcome to apply)

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills

Preferred Experience (Not Required):
